Instagram Reels watch: BotLab Dynamics’ 3,473-drone peacock and how to read a creator trend
Observation date 26 October 2026: dated reporting attributes the Mysuru Dasara drone-show Reel to @botlab.dynamics; this is a verified example, not an Instagram-wide ranking.
India Today reported that BotLab Dynamics shared an Instagram video of the 18 October Mysuru Dasara show, where 3,473 drones formed a peacock; no nationwide Reels ranking or view count is claimed.
The specific public example
Observation date: 26 October 2026. India Today reported on 21 October that BotLab Dynamics shared a video on Instagram showing the Mysuru Dasara drone display held on 18 October at Bannimantap’s Torchlight Parade Ground. The report identifies the creator as BotLab Dynamics (@botlab.dynamics) and says 3,473 drones formed a dancing peacock.
The Indian Express also reported the Guinness World Record for the largest aerial display of a bird formed by multirotor drones. The creator attribution and event are therefore supported by dated reporting; this article links to the creator’s public profile rather than claiming to have independently measured the Reel’s reach.
Why the format works as a visual story
The example combines a recognisable cultural event, a clear visual transformation and a measurable technical achievement. For a creator, a useful short-form structure is to establish the event and location, show the transformation, then explain the engineering or production work behind it.
That is an analysis of the format, not a claim that the video is one of India’s top Reels. The available sources do not establish a nationwide ranking, a verified view count as of 26 October or a platform-wide trend. Personalised recommendations also differ between accounts.
How to credit and reuse responsibly
Viewers can visit the public @botlab.dynamics profile to look for the original post. Do not download and repost another creator’s Reel without permission; if discussing it, link to the original creator and attribute the production accurately.
This is a single, dated creator example with corroborating coverage. It should not be read as evidence that every user is seeing the video or that a broader drone-show trend is dominant across Instagram India.
